The Cape Holiday Chalet is in a great location for exploring the Overberg region. The property is situated on a private resort with great views of the sea and the mountains. The resort has a restricted entrance and any guests become honourary members of the resort during their stay. The resort has tennis courts, a swimming pool, a Laundromat and a small snack shop.

This is a self-catering holiday chalet with 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in cupboards and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2
The second room has a double bed with built-in cupboards and a view over the lake.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, capable of sleeping 4 as well as built in cupboards.

Bathroom
The second and third bedrooms are served by a separate bathroom, which consists of a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Kitchen
The kitchen comes supplied with all necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utilities. This includes a large Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Stove/Oven, Toaster, Coffee Machine and Dishwasher. The kitchen has just been refurbished (May 2007).

Living Area
The living area has comfortable settees, coffee tables, a dining area for 6 people, TV/DVD Player and a large sliding door looking over the patio area.

Patio Area
Pub benches, table and outside barbecue area. Wood is available for the fire at the gate of the resort.

Rate are R600 a day in-season (Sept - April) and R500 a day out of season. Please contact Lee for availability and bookings.

The chalet is presently undergoing renovation, we will resume our bookings later in 2010.
